Sitka & Spruce chef/owner Matt Dillon recieves top national honors
Local restaurant owner and chef Matt Dillon, of Sitka & Spruce, made Food & Wine magazine's annual list of America's Best New Chefs. Only 10 chefs from across the country were chosen out of hundreds of candidates.
